Overview

You can request deletion of your VoyagEase account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Important: Some records may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes (e.g., transaction logs) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

• Your profile, avatar, and preferences are removed
• Your trips/ads, saved searches, and chat history are removed
• Payment records may be retained where legally required (e.g., Stripe transaction IDs)
• Your phone verification badge is removed and access is revoked

Timeframe

We process deletion requests within 30 days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How to Request Deletion

You can submit a deletion request via email. Please include your registered email address and (if possible) your User ID from the app's Profile screen.
